- If your friends use someone else’s referral link, the person whose link was used would get benefits, even though you had referred them first.
- Incredible Man reserves the right to withdraw the scheme and its benefits at any time and without any notice.
- In case of any fraudulent use of the programme, the Incredible Man holds the right to withdraw the referral programme without notice.
- Any email id/mobile number can only be registered once with refer a friend programme.
- Incredible Man may terminate your account or your friend’s accounts if you or them take any of the following actions,
- Open multiple accounts with different e-mail addresses, for the same person to accumulate additional referrals.
- Refer customers using spam, display advertising, sponsored links, unsolicited e-mails, or links on message boards or forums.
- Use false names, impersonate other people, or otherwise provide false or misleading information to us.
- Offer incentives to others who register new accounts.
- Incredible Man may suspend or terminate the Refer-a-friend programme or any user’s ability to participate in the programme at any time for any reason at their discretion. Rewards earned as a result of fraudulent activities will be revoked and deemed invalid.
- Incredible Man reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. Modifications of these terms will be effective from the time they are updated in the Terms and Conditions section.
